Questions about the personal intake
View all FAQsWhat information do I need to begin the personal intake?
Provide basic contact information, who the planning is for, the areas where help may be useful, approximate asset range if desired, timing, and a short description of what prompted the inquiry. A complete financial inventory is not required to start, and optional fields may be left blank.
What happens after I submit the personal intake?
The information is intended to help the team route and prepare for an initial conversation using the preferred contact method. Submission does not create an advisory relationship, promise a response time, authorize transactions, or constitute personalized advice. Final privacy, retention, consent, and follow-up practices must be approved before production launch.
Should I include account numbers or financial documents?
No. Do not include account numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers, tax returns, private keys, or sensitive financial documents. Share only enough context to identify the question and timing. Use an approved secure client channel if confidential records are requested later.
