Questions about institutional advisory

View all FAQs
Can Invictus work with an existing committee, consultant, or manager lineup?

Potentially. Institutional advisory can be scoped to strengthen policy, decision support, reporting, or implementation without automatically replacing existing providers. Governance documents should identify who recommends, approves, executes, monitors, and reports each decision, along with information-sharing permissions and the responsibilities retained by the institution.

Which decisions remain with the institution?

The institution retains the decision rights assigned by its governing documents, committee charters, delegation framework, and final engagement. Invictus may provide analysis or implementation support only within an approved scope. Fiduciary, legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, and capital-treatment conclusions must be established for the specific institution and arrangement.
