For the advisor
Institutional structuring support can sit behind your practice, with solutions specified around each client's needs and delivered through their custodian.
Client needs are translated into terms and sourced across a stated network of 18 global investment-grade banks.
The partnership is designed to support the advisor's work rather than replace the advisor's client relationship.
The desk assists with education, term comparison, delivery, daily marks, maturities, and ongoing questions.
You remain the advisor. The desk expands what you can bring.
The advisor brings the client need, horizon, protection preference, income target, and relevant constraints.
The First Principle desk seeks and compares terms across its stated issuer network.
The selected note is delivered as an individual CUSIP to the client's custodian and monitored through its life.
The specification begins with your client.
The advisor identifies the client responsibility and constraints, the proposed desk translates them into a term specification, and eligible issuers may be asked to provide competing economics. The selected note would then be documented and delivered to the approved custodian. Suitability, consent, supervision, and offering review remain required before execution.
The agreement should identify responsibility for advice, recommendations, communications, due diligence, best execution, custody, valuation, billing, surveillance, complaints, recordkeeping, and ongoing client service. Compensation, conflicts, data sharing, and termination procedures also require approval. No public description should go beyond the final legal and compliance framework.
Bring a client responsibility that the traditional shelf does not answer well.
You keep the relationship. Your clients gain the capability.
