For the investor who wants more of the market

Passive at heart. Enhanced by design.

The same index you know.

The exposure begins with a broad market index rather than stock selection or active forecasting.

An enhanced share of upside.

Participation may be targeted between 90% and 130% of the index return, depending on the selected terms and market conditions.

A buffer and daily pricing.

A defined downside buffer applies at maturity, while the note receives independent daily marks.

The market you trust. Terms shaped around you.

Participation is the lever.

The participation rate is defined at issuance. The appropriate balance among upside participation, downside buffer, term, and issuer is selected before commitment.

The market, shaped to you. The terms, in your hands.

Participation rates and buffers are targeted at issuance and vary by solution, index, issuer, term, and market conditions. Terms are defined in offering documents. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The 1.3x claim requires compliance approval.

The solution should fit you.

Your goals determine which combination of participation, buffer, term, and liquidity deserves consideration.

Questions about equity enhancement

View all FAQs
How do the participation rate and downside buffer work together?

The participation rate determines how much of a linked index gain is credited under the note terms, while a buffer defines how much decline is absorbed before principal begins to participate in losses. Both are set at issuance and may be subject to caps, observation rules, issuer credit, and other conditions described in the offering documents.

What happens if a decline exceeds the buffer?

Losses beyond the stated buffer can reduce principal according to the note formula. A buffer is a defined threshold, not a guarantee against loss, and it generally applies only at the specified observation or maturity date. An early sale can also produce a loss even when the linked index remains within the final buffer level.
